17 Nov 20: Has been range trading since June between 14-18c.  It has been trending up nicely and if it hold above 18c, it will be a good sign.  

Management performance has been very poor for a number of years, culminating in an embarrassing forex los.  But the stock has gone so low that value investors may be coming.
