Looks like a very interesting business, I will want to have a good look at capital management before I invest however. As per the prospectus they raised $15 m and that was mostly spent straight away on acquisitions and associated costs. 

According to the latest appendix 4c they had revenue of $10 m last quarter (cash flow went slightly backwards) and they have an estimated cash outflow of $10 m next quarter, so probably a bit over $3 m extra in the bank at the end of next quarter due to revenue timing.

Apparently NPAT will be $5.7 mil, they will pay at least 40% out in a dividend and cash on hand at the moment is $6.6 mI 

Guess I want to see sustainable growth funded by cashflows. Ifsee that will probably havw to pay a higher price.
