previous guidance was 36mil ebitda.

EBITDA in h1 was 9mil (14 for cont - 5 for discont). 

If it takes them 6 months to 'sell' discont (ps why would anyone buy it) then full year would be 18mil. At current EV that still isn't cheap. I think this has further to fall.
