Some triggers for the stock:

  • Fixed price partnership with OTK for a new game to be released by Dec 2022
  • Release of the legally blonde game by Dec 2021

Risks:

  • Not able to develop the new games or monetize existing games
  • Delays, cost overruns or poor performance of new games will impact the co severely
  • The partnership with OTK means they are relying on 3rd party which comes with risks and benefits as well
