To add further to my last straw on Element 25, everyone has noticed the IRR figures are over 300% which seem to be pretty high compared to other mining projects (and that is an understatement). The closest I could find is ADT.

Are people skeptical they can maintain a IRR of 300% due to a new technique they are using for refining manganese?

I'm only stating this since this stock doesn't seem to be getting the attention it deserves. As I'm not an expert on the manganese sector it would be good if someone with expertise in this area can comment.
