Hi @hiteshvgh -- i got my funds direct debited on the 21st of September, so it should have come through for you by now. If not, you might need to contact the share registry (in this case it's advanced share registry).
You should have received some forms to fill out a while ago (accounting for Israel tax requirements etc).
