I'm just wondering - if someone more knowledgeable than I could comment - why would anyone participate in the current TLX retail SPP - the current share price is almost 12% below the SPP price - so surely you'd be better off just buying them on market rather than participating if you wanted more shares?

My first reaction was they have put together the paperwork and the shares have subsequently fallen. Well I was correct on one part, the shares have fallen, but the release was only today. The doc states the price is the same as the recent insto placement - can only speculate that it's to not ruffle insto feathers.

You are correct, if you want more, on market is the place to be buying.

Yep I saw that - but I picked up some shares on market (in RL) a week or so ago (at significantly less than $7.70) so I'll not need to participate in SPP
