Of course the level of specific exercise anyone requires depends on what the usual daily activities are. In my particular case I'm retired, so there could be a temptation to watch the share market from go to whoa. I usually go for a 45 minute bike ride (these days not too vigorously) during the trading session, and have a walk or swim in the afternoon after the market closes.

I absolutely agree that everyone needs a physical break from their day job - I miss my jungle walks (when I was a practising geo)!

Exercising the Forums!  Remember the "physical exercise" too.

I think we can get stuck in the chair here reading things of sharemarkets.

So thinking we should exercise physically to maintain the physic too.

Go for a walk, cycling ect.

and I have found the app: 7 minute workout is good.

Good preparation is part of the strategy.

Any other suggestions out there?

Before I press the buy button on a stock I walk to the top the hill on live on.  Its only 20 min in total, but steep enough to get the heart going. I find the forced break gives me time to reevaluate and ensure I'm not giving into fomo/emotions/noise.  Every now and then something bubbles to the surface that I havent given enough thought or credence too and I then reevaluate from there.  I reckon your 7min app would work equally as well.
