Please be aware that these brokers may have financial arrangements with some of these companies being reported on, and those arrangements may include organising capital raisings or share placements, being involved in their initial float (IPO), or being engaged by the company to provide broker coverage to raise the company's profile. It is therefore safe to assume that many of these brokers have received fee payments or other income from some/many of these companies at some stage, or are positioning themselves to be able to do so in the future. While this may sound cynical, it's actually the reality, and it does NOT mean these reports are useless. They can contain a lot of useful information and can help when researching a company as a possible prospective investment (or a speculation in terms of those companies who don't yet earn any money for their shareholders). However, it's best to assume that these reports are not entirely independent and totally unbiased, and so they are best used as one of a variety of sources, rather than as a single source of information about a company.
Disclosure: I do not hold shares in any of the companies that are the subject of this week's free broker reports from the ASX as listed in this post (or last week's either).

Disclosure: I do not hold shares in any of the companies that are the subject of this week's free broker reports from the ASX as listed in this post, except for Mader Group (MAD) where I do have a position here in my Strawman.com portfolio but no longer hold in real life (took profits) - too early as it turns out - they just keep rising - Mader are one of a small handful of relatively small companies who have been able to replicate a succesful Australian business model in the USA. It certainly helps them that heavy duty plant mechanics and other skilled tradesmen of the kind Mader supply to miners and other companies are in high demand currently due to many of them switching to other jobs during the Covid lockdowns, especially the WA lockdowns which restricted movement between different areas of the state and made FIFO work virtually impossible for many months in 2021 and into 2022. Many of the guys who left the industry are not interested in returning to it, so good mechanical fitters and mechanics are hard to find, particularly in remote areas where miners need them. Mader can virtually charge what they like in many places because they have what these companies desperately need just to keep their mining fleets and other equipment operating. They also have a very good reputation within the industries that they operate in for quality tradesmen who get things working using quality parts, and keep things working.
I have had a look at Felix Group (FLX) and Aeris Resources (AIS) last year or the year before, however neither seem to me to be among the best ideas I have available to choose from across my investable universe (which is currently limited to ASX-listed companies, but there's still PLENTY to choose from). I did briefly add FLX to my Strawman.com portfolio in '21 or '22, then thought better of it, and I have never owned them or AIS in real life. I wish I'd kept my MAD shares IRL tho...
