@BoredSaint - they're including capex (PP&E and intangibles). It's not exact but gets you pretty close. Presumably they're suggesting they will continue to need to invest this year after year so the figure net of capex is the 'available to shareholders' cashflow. This is typically consistent with most discounted cashflows i.e. work out operating cashflow and deduct assumed maintenance capex.
