Interested to get people’s thoughts on the upcoming demerger or Tabcorp’s mediocre wagering business and the much higher quality (albeit unimaginatively named) The Lottery Business. My interest in the demerger ofcourse lies with The Lottery Business. A high quality, stable earnings stream with a monopoly and long licenses, I think it’s a great asset that’s likely being undervalued in the current company. Are people as interested as I am in purchasing before the demerger with the potential for a re-rating when lotteries stands on its own? I don’t currently own but doing my research.
