I was listening to a podcast a week or two ago (Can't remember which one sorry). I distinctly remember it being said that Superannuation Companies will soon have enormous amounts of cash in reserve.

The host made a statement around Superannuation companies being able to loan money and finance Infrastructure works etc.

Obviously Super Companies need to generate a healthy return for its customers and will look at new and intuitive ways to do this.

How will this structural change affect the banks?

Below is an article from IPE stating that by the year 2033 Super Companies could own 60% of the ASX.
