Yes i started it as a straw on the long wait times regarding their fraud hotline.

Ita probably a bit of effort and planning, but take your business elsewhere @edgescape . Regretfully though, i'm not sure you'll find a better bank. They all have pros and cons.

Also a great idea from @CanadianAussie . Lodging formal complaints builds a actionable picture for reporting or enforcement agencies. Everyones 1% contribution in the form a report does wventually make change.
