I know shareholders aren't Computershare's focus, but holy cow their shareholder-facing systems are so woefully bad. Assuming their company-facing systems are equally shite, I wonder how they're not losing business hand over fist. Every time I login I want to run away screaming.

Hear hear. They are certainly the worst of the registries here in Oz.

Their complaints department work well enough... although I did CC in vanguard with the complaint, saying do you, vanguard, realise the company that represents YOU, is doing this (the complaint) to your customers. Hahaha. Maybe thats what made their complaint department resolve my issue quickly.
