Megaport CEO Mr Reid's LTI and STI. If Charlie Munger's theory is correct that " Show me the incentive and I will show you the result" or something along those lines then next 3 years Megaport will have full support from the CEO.

At the current megaport share price, it comes down to roughly $11.5m just from LTI and STI.

@Valueinvestor0909 thanks for that, no actual disclosure on the hurdles for rev/ebitda and customer growth, only TSR ie MP1 vrs Tech index hurdle. those other numbers would be quite useful!
