Any ideas why this US funding isn't in the cash statement?

Seems like an omission? Maybe got some people nervous last couple of days

IperionX corporate activities 

U.S. government funding  

▪ During the quarter, IperionX received US$3.8m from the US$12.7m DPA Title III funding to fund Phase I of the Virginia Titanium Production Facility

Section 2.2 (c) footnote (1) suggests there is nuance to how its accounted for in IPX's accounts.

I think the way the US Government does this is if they agree to build something they will own the asset, not the company, for the life of the agreement. You can see in the 4C part of the "investment" involves the company receiving money by way of transferring the title on $2.040m worth of PP&E to the USG.
