@Bear77 Thanks I had a listen and was interesting to hear them mention RHI and the royalty quite a number of times and a few other little known companies that could benefit from the haul road.
Seems that RHI has lots of upside from this royalty IF there is production expansion. Seemed like a rather stupid idea buying RHI earlier for me though but has worked surprisingly well but I think it's fully valued till we know about future expansion
I'm not holding RHI @edgescape but I like MIN at current levels and plan to buy some in the coming weeks in real money portfolios. Bought some here on SM - $6.6K worth at $53.92/share yesterday (Friday). Good price for MinRes! Planning to add to that as I free up more cash. And just waiting on a new trading account to open before putting some more real money into MIN and some other names IRL.
The Onslow Haul Road is a major achievement and a great strategic asset.

@Bear77 Don't blame anyone for having no interest in RHI. I only hold because there was arbitrage between the market cap and royalty that I saw a while back and I will sell if I find something better or the value gap starts closing.
And apart from the royalty, I don't see much value in Pannawonica (contingent on CZR Robe Mesa development) or the Gold/Base metal exploration assets.
Still, RHI is a pretty intriguing company.
Also this map looks interesting. I think MoM talked about these "stranded" projects (Robe Mesa and Whitegate/Redgate - part of Panna) of RHI/CZR having some benefit from the haul road.
