Released an ANN in regards MOU with USA Data Centre developer (see attached)
Share Price increased 120%
Trading in Kalina were then PAUSED and ultimately SUSPENDED by the ASX just after 1pm because Kalina did NOT provide specific information in regards to the MOU (see attached)
We've seen this before with smaller companies haven't we Strawpeople?! ANO. 3DP. AVA. If you're going to announce something that's going to (or likely to) move the share price significantly, you will NEED to provide details, not just a rough outline and let the punters imagine the rest. This is not rocket science. This is being a listed company on the ASX, 101. Some companies just should not be listed.
I suspected Kalina needed to provide the name of the counterparty to the MOU
They just confirmed this ....
