So, they haven't included it in the financial numbers for the year, but have included it in the notes. I wonder if it is something that they did need to mention in the report as it is a material change for the company.

I also wonder precisely why there was such a spike in Cloudaron's SP on those precise dates - the market cap of that company is apparently 8.3m.

It would be weird for 8co to do this just for the note though. Another question is given this company's position, why on earth didn't they sell these shares when the price was that high.

Literally, in last whole year, that share price was only for 3 days!! come on guys....... Very questionable governance with this company.
