I’ve started looking at remuneration reports of companies I own and ones I follow this reporting season for some further insight into how management are incentivised. Was curious to know what others value when looking at STIs and LTIs in remuneration reports. What are some of the best you’ve seen and what companies provide a good example of how it should be done? Additionally, what are some red flags? I assume anything related to straight revenue or EBITDA is problematic as management can just make an acquisition to reach their target. I’ve been looking for some TSR metric and ROIC for LTIs so far.
