#Bull Case

Cuts to yields and Lowe stating that cash rates are expected to remain on the lower bound for the next few years should result in a superannuation hunt for yield thereby boosting AUM for solid REIT operators. CHC is one of these in my opinion and with long WALE I believe this sets them up for more consistent earnings and increasing Management fees in the years to come. Currently trading on a low PE relative to likely growth prospects and for those reasons I think there should be a rerating after COVID fears subside.
