Apparently ETHI holds Nvidia

Reason is the ETHI using the Nasdaq global sustainability leaders as a benchmark.

ETHI has also been outperforming against AEF although that isn't a fair comparison as ETHI is a fund while AEF is a company doing ethical investing. AEF also holds Nvidia but it is much smaller than ETHI (bordering on insignificant)

Betashares ETHI (Global Sustainability Leaders ETF) declared a final distribution of $0.659 for the year

This is down from a distribution of $1.088 from last year when the share price was $10 which is a noticeable drop in yield if you take today's share price.

Haven't found the reason for this yet and scanning through the report doesn't reveal much. Something to be aware of in case you are looking at yield and ESG factors before investing in this ETF.
