All aboard the ABR XPress! Boron is the new lithium. Next stop $3.00.

LIKELY TO DELIVER SUBSTANTIAL BORON UPSIDE

Highlights

  • Boric acid head-grade assumption for BFS increased to 5.1% from 3.7% (38% increase)
  • New mine plan to mine entirety of ore body (zero % cut-off grade)
  • Extraction ratio increased from 70% to 80% under the new mine plan
  • Boron production at Fort Cady now potentially triple that in eDFS given reduction in cut-off grade, increase in extraction ratio, incremental access to ore body under electricity corridor and Exploration Target

ABR webinar and presentation on Friday was very good and well received. It was nice to finally meet the management team and hear from them firsthand. ABR will soon be renamed 5E Advanced Materials Inc and listed on the NASDAQ. The aim is to list before Christmas but said that there may be some slippage. ABR will remain dual listed in Australia under their new name.

Management wouldn't speculate on ABR's future share price but they did say that their closest competitor, MP Materials, for comparison purposes, has a market cap of circa $6Bn vs ABR market cap of circa $700M.

Exciting times ahead!

More good news, volume and price action for ABR shareholders today. The share price has been range bound of late but today's positive change of character suggests that the recent share price consolidation may have come to an end and ABR may start to trend higher from here.

Personally I think that ABR is significantly undervalued and underowned and I wouldn't be surprised to see the company re-rated shortly.

Below is an extract of the announcement:

ABR TO EXPLORE PARTNER OPTIONS FOR BY-PRODUCT LITHIUM WITH BORON SPECIALTIES TO REMAIN PRIMARY FOCUS

HIGHLIGHTS

Process commenced to explore partner options for extracting lithium from Fort Cady Integrated Boron Facility waste water stream

Improving lithium economics and emerging Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technologies providing positive back drop

Opportunity to utilise lithium in boron specialty applications targeting LiBor salts for lithium-ion batteries

Current Fort Cady JORC code compliant Mineral Resource Estimate contains 214k tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent with substantial exploration upside

The primary focus remains on boron specialties and the complimentary US listing
