Guy Maine, the MD of BID exercises options paying $92,500 then immediately sells the shares (700,000) for $602,000. He only holds 21,600 shares directly and 186,425 indirectly.
The reason given was to part fund the purchase of a primary residence and to meet tax obligations.
Still doesn't look good making such gain from his options and not keeping any of the exercised options, especially when he doesn't have a whole heap of shares to start with.
