##insider buying

Insider share purchases have been made in May/June. On the 25 May the Debra Osley wife of Kym Osley (director) purchased 300,000 shares on market at .0454 per share. And on the 2 June Patrick Largier (director) purchased 500,000 shares on market at 0.046 per share. I think that is an encouraging sign about their belief in the company, and the recognition that the share price is currently undervalued.

The Australian Missile Corporation (AMC) — a recently established subsidiary of munitions company NIOA — has signed collaboration agreements with ASX-listed aerospace composites business Quickstep and propellant and rocket systems manufacturer Black Sky Aerospace. The collaboration aims to support the Commonwealth government’s endeavour to build a sovereign guided weapons enterprise for the ADF.

This forms part of the AMC’s objective to foster cross-sector co-operation between industry, academia, state governments and Defence.

“Highly capable organisations such as Quickstep and Black Sky Aerospace will be critical to the success of the Commonwealth’s sovereign guided weapons enterprise,” Robert Nioa, CEO of NIOA and the AMC, said.
