They are playing in an extremely competitive market. They have  got awards for having the fastest speed however and from what i can gather have a fairley good customer service team. Considering this is alternative to the NBN, It would take considerable markting to convince people to go to the effort of setting this up at home or for buisnnes, even if the NBN is trash. People will take the easiest option over the fastest, something that ST1 may want to consider if they want to get more then 7.5% revenue growth.
