Looks like signalling to me when the increase is just +0.2% from 68,311,376 to 68,451,376 shares. When you already hold 68 million shares, an on market purchase of another 140,000 shares (for just $30,898) is not "loading up" because the share price is screaming "bargain!"
They say directors only buy shares for one reason, but I reckon there are at least two obvious reasons, and this one is the second one, not the first.
