Pinned straw:
Appears some may have been "frontrunning" a broker report released by Morgans this morning.
Target Price 55c so not much difference from the current level.
This was taken out of that forum we shouldn't mention.
We initiate on Vysarn (VYS) with a Speculative Buy rating and a 55cps target price. VYS is a well-led, diversified, high margin (>10% NPAT), integrated water services
provider with significant growth prospects and a strong balance sheet (net cash). We forecast EPS growth of +14% and +25% in FY25 and FY26, respectively. For
FY26, we believe earnings risk is skewed to the upside if the company can replicate past performance by accelerating growth for recently acquired businesses. In our
view, the core business (all divisions except Vysarn Asset Management) underpins a valuation of 46cps, which means at the current share price the more speculative
asset management business comes as a free option.
We should note that Morgans was joint manager for the recent capital raise. Looks like a temporary grab for exit liquidity - buyer beware.
I'm still holding though.
