@Bear77 have you ever looked over the fence at RHI? (I say over the fence as I think you own most of the tenements that surround where these guy's operate...lol)

On a more serious note though, I must admit I'm liking their model, locations and balance sheet which is why I opened up a smallish position in RL to keep a closer eye on them.

Yes @Jimmy I hold RHI (1% weighting). I like their royalty base income including the 0.75% Free on Board (FOB) royalty on iron ore produced from Mineral Resources Limited's (MinRes') Onslow Iron Project, a revenue stream that began when the first ore was shipped in May 2024. (details) Plus they have two other royalties over a gold project and a gold-copper project and they have their West Pilbara Gold & Base Metal Project.

I hold them in my speculative companies (speccy) PF (portfolio). For me RHI is a 1% weighting based on Wednesday's closing prices - I haven't updated my spreadsheet since Wednesday night. My wife had open heart surgery to replace two valves and repair a third earlier this week so I'm in and out of the hospital this week visiting her. Recovery going well so far.

I'm still a holder. Back to nearly break even now not including past dividends and a special dividend

Looks like rhi is still underappreciated. But i don't like their gold and copper exploration projects
