So Community Church builder have about 120 employee if Linkedin is accurate.   I am guessing their revenue is $15-20 M US pa.  So, about 4-5x revenue...........It's hard to know whether this is good  value unless we know how much CCB is growing. If it is growing at the same rate as PPH, it will be good value.  I also presume their gross margins should be higher than PPHs, so that should increase a little post acquisition.
