@Wini The AFR are reporting that HIL (or part thereof) is the target. I don't think it would make sense for DDR to take over the whole business and it sounds like that's not the intention. If it left HIL as more of a pureplay Health technology business, including nurse call systems, does it make you think anything different about AHC?
