I think it makes a bit of a mockery of their quarterly cashflow report, which they only lodged a week ago. In it they had to provide some commentary to their cash position because prima facie they had less than two quarters of cash left. They explained the quarterly cash outflow was due to a substantial earnout that wouldn't be repeated and gave no indication of the need for a raise. But hey - that's just the way the game is played right?
