She has had enough time at the helm to turn the company around and increase its value for shareholders, so it is a good time to move on and bring someone new to the helm. Unfortunately, her track record is smeared in deep red ink.

The new man seems to be "of the establishment", but is well-credentialed. We'll have to see how he is going to dig the company out of its deep morass.
