The Australian Department of Defence (Defence) has signed a total contract value of
A$4.06M, including GST, for software licences and services to conduct a proof of concept
(PoC) to modernise their workplace environment. archTIS will deploy NC Protect, Microsoft
and third-party software products to evaluate their productivity, compliance and security
gains for the Defence office environment and its users. Defence is an existing NC Protect
client. This contract provides a new opportunity to demonstrate the product’s utility across a
broader use case in Defence. The PoC will commence immediately and is expected to be
completed by the end of the 2023 calendar year.

In April 2022, KTech was announced by the Australian Assistant Minister for Defence, the
Hon Andrew Hastie MP, as the preferred systems integrator to lead a consortium of vendors,
including Oracle, Microsoft, archTIS, and others, to deliver the investments outlined in the
data strategy. The Defence contract with KTech is expected to run until June 2024.
archTIS has been contracted through KTech to supply services in support of foundational
secure data design services for Defence. This is the second work order awarded to archTIS
under the Defence program. The new work order value is $758,688 (inc GST); bringing the
total contracted value to $988,730 since November 2022. The announced work order term
runs until 30 June 2023

An Australian University (disclosed on social media and investor portal) sensitivity is a barrier to public disclosure of information.
Integration with aukus, 5 eyes, NATO would be at explosive sizes in comparison to these small Aussie deals. That's the plan, NC protect was a US company acquired and merged with archTIS for the Microsoft suite that has allowed the relationship to grow and bridge waters.
Momentum building and Proof of concepts maturity would prove an inflection point if there is a break out.
