I wanted to know if there was any debt in the target company EX Engineering which is still an unknown

I suppose we can use the above as a snapshot to get ideas on the amount of debt once the transaction completes or at the FY23 results announcement. TEV is currrently 386.6 so debt is about 11.41

Any difference on the amount above will be the debt that belonged to EX Engineering.
