And well deserved in my opinion @jcmleng. Will has been consistent in his strategy and approach since the get go. And, barring the distraction of covid, has pretty much delivered on what he said he would. Wouldn't have been easy given the mess he inherited, and with the founders on the board and watching over his shoulder.
Good to see no additional pay/shares with this appointment too.
