I actually tried to attend the PRO AGM virtually this morning (10:30am Adelaide time) but could not get on.

I got close but nothing came through the registry portal (even after switching browsers, doubles checking time differences, etc) so I think they must have had difficulties broadcasting?

From their IR site, they don't seem to put recordings up, so unless you were in Adelaide this morning it looks like a closed shop.

Did anyone else manage to get on?

@Slomo The Computershare link was for voting only, there was a separate Zoom for the video broadcast. I only know that because I sat on hold with Computershare for 20 mins after having the same experience you had...

The ASX really needs to bring in regulations for virtual AGMs, there is no reason why every meeting can't be hybrid, or be more accessible.

I think the obvious questions worth asking

  1. Were the unexpected increase in hosting costs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a one off? Or will they be factored in going forward?
  2. Have onboarding costs and risks been migitigated for future contracts?
