Hazer Group was on my radar 7 years ago when MinRes (MIN) moved up to 14% of HZR and formed a JV with them to develop a commercial-scale synthetic graphite plant back in March 2017 - see here: https://www.australianmining.com.au/minres-form-tech-joint-venture-hazer/ [21-Mar-2017].

However, I haven't followed Hazer recently - like in the past couple of years. They just seemed to be taking a long time to get things done. MinRes are no longer listed as substantial shareholders of Hazer, so not sure what MinRes' involvement is these days, if any. The Hazer Group website (hazergroup.com.au | Commercialising the Hazer Process) doesn't mention MinRes as a partner these days. Interested to hear if anybody knows whether MIN is still involved with HZR?

Disc: I hold MIN shares, but not HZR shares.
