Any idea if they are funding the case themselves or have got litigation funding.
This is an interesting bit from the prospectus. Was the company Redflex?

Can't really say for sure. But looking at the management bio it seems plausible
Also the whole IP protection is a bit of a grey area when you go from one company to another and design and implement a similar solution using similar code from your head (assuming the ideal scenario where no tech was taken when leaving the company).
Also need to do a bit of digging on patents here too.
