Thanks @Magneto It's not an Independent Board with the C suite also being Executive Directors...but they all have lots of skin in the game. And they are modestly paid at a base salary level with all of the generous annual incentive being around profit growth year over year, above a minimum threshold. So, you know they are all trying hard to grow EPS. And when they get paid their incentive in cash and then buy some more shares on market, again you know they are well aligned with shareholders.

It's rare to see such consistent on-market buying, especially from more than one executive. High alignment with ordinary shareholders.
