I can’t think of instances where a dual-CEO structure has worked well. Of course, it is twice the cost for shareholders, which is a clear negative.
Seems to have worked for the share price so far though, so what do you know?
I don't understand why a business of this size could possible need 2 CEO's unless they were co-founders.
