archTIS’ wins landmark $4.2 million Australian Department of Defence Joint Capabilities Group Contract

Highlights:

  • archTIS has secured a landmark contract with the Department of Defence to perform a risk reduction activity for multi-national information sharing and cross domain services.
  • The total contract value is $4.2 million which includes three licenses of archTIS Kojensi enterprises platform (600 users) and associated implementation services. 
  • The risk reduction activity will be conducted over the next 12 months and will include development, building and accreditation activities to provide Defence with an information sharing architecture pattern for cross and multi-domain services between different warfighter and Allied partners.
  • This is the company’s largest contract to date, evidencing both its growing maturity as well as the Department’s commitment to invest in premium sovereign information security capabilities.

archTIS announces changes to its Board of Directors and the establishment of an Advisory Group

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) is pleased to announce that, as part of ongoing business optimisation following the recent successful capital raising the company is streamlining its Board and management arrangements.

Specifically, and effective from 1 August, the company is:

* Reducing the number of directors from six to three, with the streamlined Board comprising Dr Miles Jakeman AM, Ms Leanne Graham and CEO Mr Daniel Lai;

*Freeing up Mr Bruce Talbot, a founder and former executive director, to focus solely on technology enhancements in support of new growth opportunities within the business;

* Establishing a strengthened strategic advisory capability through the formation of an Advisory Group to be led by former Board Chair and non-executive director, Mr Stephen Smith; and,

* Appointing former non-executive director Mr Wayne Zekulich, together with retired Brigadier Alison Creagh AM CSC and Mr Jeremy Waine, a corporate finance and M&A specialist, to join Mr Smith as members of the Advisory Group.

* archTIS’ has successfully renewed two software maintenance and services contracts with the Commonwealth worth $400,290. 

*The renewal of these contracts demonstrates the continued value and recurring nature of software services to the Commonwealth government.

*These two sales follow archTIS’ recent sale of Kojensi to Northrop Grumman for its pilot with Curtin University as part of a new sales channel into large non-Government enterprises managing sensitive data.

archTIS extends services contracts to Commonwealth National Security agencies

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) is pleased to announce that it has renewed a software maintenance and service contract with a Commonwealth national security agency valued at $141,200. This contract is to provide maintenance and support services for an existing Kojensi platform for a further 12 months. archTIS has also renewed a separate 12-month services contract with a national law enforcement agency valued at $259,090.

Daniel Lai, archTIS CEO, said: “archTIS is pleased by the renewals, which demonstrate that our services are valued by the national security and law enforcement communities. We look forward to continuing to support such crucial services and building further on these opportunities as awareness of the importance of strong cybersecurity grows, particularly in other large enterprises that also manage and share sensitive commercial information.”
