Media Statement released today regarding ASIC investigation of ASX market outage concluded.

In sum:

  • ASIC thought project management wasn't good enough and licence conditions are imposed that will end once the CHESS settlement project finishes
  • Actual $ ramifications not disclosed
  • The CHESS settlement project is STILL ongoing
  • The CHESS settlement project probably will now cost even more $ for independent reviews and implementations of reccomendations
