In a recently Camplify straw, I noted that they had acquired assets from Tourism Holdings (thi) in NZ. At the time I referred to the Apollo merger with thi and wondered about this impact to the deal.

Turn out Apollo have a ~18% holding in Camplify so I am sure they were all over it.
On to the merger with thi that was announced in December last year…its still going through the motions. Other than what appears to be mandatory disclosure announcements there is not much colour on what is really happening.
At this stage it looks like still waiting on ACCC with a new date of review by 28April. It will then also require approval from the Supreme Court of Queensland and then shareholders will be updated.
With a business significantly impacted by border closures, at least the longer timeframe will provide an opportunity to see if the market springs back.
Not held, more of an interest in the process and industry sector developments.
