Blue Sky is alleged to have overstated the amount of assets under management (AUM) so it can charge higher fees. 

New accounting rules (AASB 15) will prevent the company from recognising performance fees upfront -- they can only be recieved when actually earned, and wont be tied to forecasts for future asset revaluations
