I also wonder about the quality of management. This business started as a consulting and education company and only recently acquired SaaS capability. I need to look at whether that management and skills will stay.
I just looked at their recent investor presention. Some of this is complete BS. The page on market size really makes me question what these guys are up to and how honest they are being with investors. eg 'Total addressable Cloud Service market expected to be US$278bn by 2021". What relevance does this have? It's like a company selling alternators quoting the the market size of new vehicles sales for the entire planet. These guys have some SaaS that targets fractions of this marker size.
