Purely on valuation grounds with HLO trading close to 52 week lows I'm looking to add at around $4.00 to $4.30 for a medium term trade.

I feel HLO has been sold off excessivly as a result of the recent press concerning gov favours in awarding HLO contracts.

All this has been STRONGLY denied by both gov and HLO however investor sentiment is weighing on the share price.

HLO have reaffirmed guidence and supporting my view is some decent buying of shares by directors.
