UK-based company acquires struggling Isentia
'Struggling media monitoring firm Isentia will be acquired by UK-based technology and software company Access Intelligence and shareholders will receive $0.175 per share in cash.'

A month or two old, but I figured it might add some value to members as I found it interesting. Looking at the charts this has been an absolute destroyer of shareholder value. I haven't seen many like this, to be frank.
I think this could represent a great DD opportunity to explore some of the issues that were experienced with Isentia, and hopefully reveal some red flags to take us lessons - what to avoid etc.
The thing that still surprises me the most about Isentia is they are still a very legitimate business with very legitimate contracts - governments, large organisations etc. Pretty interesting.
