$12mill capital raising at $0.022 per share RMW Cho Group to co-develop Photosoft technology for cancer indications, supplying products to Invion at 'arm's length prices'

This placement includes 1 free option per 2 new share subscribed exercisable at 4 cents expiring 18mths hence.
