Missed the boat

I bought this on SM last week and was "getting around" to buying it IRL

This morning they announced a takeover offer at 80c (share price was 61c prior) which they have rejected as it "materially undervalues" the company.

The bid was from a consortium including Genesis and Soul Patts.

Strong likelihood of further bids. But unfortunately the market "knows" it and has bid the price up over 85c.
